Prime achieves 5 Star Green Star rating at Eastern Creek facility
Prime Constructions is pleased to announce that the ISPT industrial facility at Eastern Creek has achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating under the Green Star Buildings v1 rating tool, recognising Australian Excellence in sustainable building performance.
The 30,000m² development includes an 18,190m² warehouse, two-level office, dock office and both recessed and on-grade loading facilities. Sustainability initiatives include a 370kW solar system, EV charging infrastructure and rainwater recycling to support efficient long-term operations.
Prime has now delivered two of the first five certified projects in NSW under the new Green Star Buildings v1 tool, highlighting its commitment to environmentally responsible construction and future-focused industrial development.
Achieving a 5 Star rating signifies performance beyond standard best practice, with strong outcomes in energy efficiency, resource management, occupant wellbeing and climate-positive design and construction.
This certification reflects the collaborative commitment of all project partners to delivering high-performing, sustainable facilities that meet operational needs while contributing positively to environmental and community outcomes.
