Big things are happening at Yiribana East Estate!
Prime Constructions is proud to be delivering Warehouse 1 for The GPT Group at their Yiribana East Estate, west of Sydney in Kemps Creek, New South Wales.
As part of the development, a 3.85 megalitre in-ground tank is being constructed to serve as both an on-site stormwater detention and rainwater irrigation retention system for Lots 1 and 2. It’s the kind of infrastructure that works quietly in the background – but makes a huge difference to the long-term sustainability of the estate.
Working alongside MG Civil Australia, our team has completed the excavation of the OSD – 2,000 m² in area and 6 metres deep. To put that in perspective, that’s roughly the footprint of a half of a soccer field, dug to the depth of a two-storey building.
Base slab construction is now underway – and we’re just getting started. 💪
