Celebrating a Major Milestone: Topping Out Ceremony at Mount Annan Christian College

This week, the Prime Constructions team gathered on the roof to mark the topping out of Stages 3 & 4 at Mount Annan Christian College – a proud moment for everyone who has poured their energy into this build.

Following earlier upgrades to the sports hall, admin office and primary school precinct, these latest stages turn to the senior school. The project delivers a new 3-storey Senior Learning building with 31 modern teaching rooms and a 132-seat auditorium, giving senior students a dedicated space for assemblies and presentations. Alongside it, a 2-storey STEM building brings a Da Vinci studio, two workshop rooms, two D&T rooms, two biology labs, three chemistry rooms and two art rooms to life – plus a full renovation of the existing carpark.

Delivering major works on a live school campus is no small feat, and it’s a testament to great collaboration between all parties. Thank you to Mount Annan Christian College, EPM Projects, Alleanza Architecture, and the Prime Constructions crew led by PM Damen Hills, for the speeches, the barbecue and the milestone.
