Phil is Executive Chairman and co-founder of Prime, bringing over 55 years’ experience in the construction industry. A hands-on leader, he combines strategic foresight, technical expertise and strong governance to guide long-term growth. With his commitment to integrity, risk management and collaboration, which underpins Prime’s reputation, Phil guides the delivery of innovative projects while mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.
John is an Executive Director at Prime, overseeing estimating and preconstruction. With over 40 years in construction, he combines technical expertise, strategic insight and client-focused leadership to deliver competitive, high-quality projects while guiding and developing Prime’s next generation of construction professionals.
An Executive Director at Prime Constructions, Paul brings more than 40 years’ experience across the building industry. With a strong grounding in project delivery and business leadership, he focuses on new business, mentoring teams, design problem-solving and operational oversight – helping maintain Prime’s reputation for quality, safety and trusted client relationships.
Gregg is Prime Construction’s General Manager. With over 25 years’ industry experience, he joined Prime in 2023. Known for his calm leadership, highly approachable manner and problem-solving skills, Gregg builds trust, empowers teams and drives innovation to deliver exceptional outcomes in challenging environments.
Christopher Flint is Group CFO of the Prime Group, with 37 years’ experience across construction and hospitality. A CPA with BCom and MBA qualifications, he leads financial, legal, HR and IT functions, driving strong governance, forecasting and long-term financial stability.
Michael is a Construction Manager and Director at Prime. With 13 years of experience, he brings strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement expertise and a collaborative leadership style to every project. Michael excels in managing large-scale design and construct projects across the commercial and industrial sectors, leading driven, proactive teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
Richard is Construction Director at Prime with nearly 30 years’ experience delivering design and major building projects across commercial, industrial, education and aged care sectors. He oversees multiple project teams, champions buildable design solutions and is highly regarded for his steady leadership, mentoring focus and consistent delivery of quality outcomes.
With 14 years in the industry, Construction Manager James Menzel is known for his leadership, clear communication and commitment to excellence. Since joining Prime in 2011, he’s driven by collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across every project he leads.
With over 20 years in high-risk construction, Chelle is a passionate Safety Professional and certified ISO Lead Auditor. She excels in risk management, WHS systems and contractor engagement, mentoring teams to build capability, ownership and strong HSEQ performance through collaboration and continuous improvement.
