Yusen/Greencross – Oakdale Central Industrial Estate
Prime Constructions delivered Project 3C at the Oakdale Central Industrial Estate, part of the major logistics hub spanning Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek in Western Sydney. T
he 32,000 sqm facility, completed for Goodman, provides integrated warehousing, distribution, and office space for tenants Yusen Logistics, a global supply chain provider, and Petbarn, part of the Greencross group. Strategically located with direct access to the M4 and M7 motorways, the site supports efficient freight, high-volume operations and last-mile distribution.
The building was designed to maximise operational efficiency while minimising visual impact from surrounding roads. Its articulated warehouse form features multiple tones of cladding to reduce perceived scale, translucent roof sheeting to bring natural light into work areas and louvres on northern and western office facades for shading and staff comfort. The site layout separates heavy vehicle circulation from staff parking, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Following the success of Project 3C, Prime was engaged to deliver Project 3D, an 8,000 sqm facility for tenant DSV. Together, these developments showcase Prime Constructions’ expertise in delivering large-scale, flexible and sustainable industrial and logistics facilities, reinforcing Oakdale Central as a premium precinct capable of meeting the evolving needs of major operators in Western Sydney.
