Device Technologies, Marsden Park
In partnership with Sydney Business Park and Device Technologies, our fourth project delivered a bespoke facility for over 9,500 medical technologies and supplies. The 15,700m² warehouse includes a 1,100m² two-level office, Dock Office, 650m² Reverse Logistics Workshop, and 420m² Technical Services area with medical gas and compressed air systems.
Achieving Greenstar 5 accreditation the extensive project features include 10 m-high temperature-controlled storage, Dangerous Goods storage, a 300kW solar array and 320 kVA backup generator. Despite tenant changes, the project was completed in nine months, meeting complex requirements and reinforcing our ongoing success.
