Loftex Artery Logistics Facility – Prestons

Prime Constructions have successfully completed the Loftex Artery Logistics Facility located in Prestons, Sydney. With direct access to the M7 & M5 motorways the level of local and interstate connectivity is unsurpassed. The warehouse was constructed as a speculative build, however prior to completion the project was fully leased to Australia’s largest privately owned container logistics operator – ACFS.

The Loftex Artery Logistics Facility comprises of a 15,000 sqm warehouse with both on-grade and recessed docks. The site also features a 70 sqm single level warehouse office and an 850 sqm two storey main office predominantly featured at the front of the site. The construction involved pre-cast and metal clad construction including high-end architectural cladding to the main office.

The design and construction included Greenstar principles, and the project achieved a 5 Star Greenstar desktop rating. Greenstar incentives included implementation of a solar array and use of energy efficient lighting and water systems.
