Yennora Industrial Development
Prime Constructions delivered a major Base Building facility for Fife Capital, designed to support Multigate’s future automated warehouse and packaging operations. Built on a challenging brownfield site, the 22,000m² full-height precast development includes a 6,500m² concrete mezzanine, a 4,400m² super-awning supported by 45m transfer beams, a double-storey dock office, eight recessed docks, eight on-grade docks, and a 400m long boundary retaining wall.
Despite complex design revisions, multiple council approvals, staged works, and the severe weather of 2022, the project was completed successfully – demonstrating the team’s resilience and Prime’s enduring commitment to quality for repeat client Fife Capital.
