Electrolux Crossroads Logistics Centre
Prime Constructions delivered the Electrolux facility at the Crossroads Logistics Centre in Casula for AMP Capital, completing a high-quality, purpose-built industrial complex that combines logistics, corporate office space and customer engagement facilities. Completed in 2018, the project comprises approximately 20,000 sqm of warehouse space, 2,500–3,000 sqm of office accommodation and a purpose-designed Experience Centre showcasing live operational displays of Electrolux’s appliance brands.
The Experience Centre was designed to support retailer and consumer training, demonstrations and hands-on engagement, creating a unique interface between operations and brand experience within an industrial setting. The facility also includes a 250 sqm workshop, 14 recessed loading docks, three on-grade docks and parking for 176 vehicles, supporting efficient logistics operations.
Significant electrical infrastructure was delivered as part of the build, including an 11kV padmount substation and extensive underground high and low voltage services. The Electrolux project forms part of Prime Constructions’ broader delivery at Crossroads, having also completed facilities for Cosentino, WesTrac, Versiclad and Hunter Express within the estate.
