TigerPac – Marsden Park

Prime Constructions completed the new TigerPak Packaging warehouse in Western Sydney, delivering a purpose-built facility designed to meet the company’s growing operational needs. The relocation provided a significantly larger warehouse and office space, allowing TigerPak to stock more products, expand its range and reduce the risk of backorders for customers.

Strategically positioned within Sydney Business Park, the new facility offers excellent access to major motorways, enabling faster and more efficient dispatch and order pick-ups. The high-clearance warehouse features a robust steel-framed structure with reinforced concrete floors to support heavy machinery and large volumes of stock, while durable cladding and integrated services ensure a functional and long-lasting industrial environment.

The design also incorporates sustainability measures, including energy-efficient systems and provision for solar and water management, reflecting modern industrial standards. With the capacity to hold more stock and dispatch products more efficiently, the facility positions TigerPak to better serve its customers today and support future growth in Western Sydney’s rapidly expanding industrial precinct.
