St Narsai School – Horsley Park

Prime Constructions delivered the St Narsai Assyrian Christian College campus in Horsley Park across multiple stages, culminating in the completion of the state-of-the-art Sport and Performing Arts Centre in May 2025. The project represents the first Assyrian secondary college in the Western world, providing modern educational, creative and sporting facilities for the growing school community.

Stage 3 included a two-storey Music, Art, and Science building with a formal courtyard, landscaped areas, and a covered outdoor learning area (COLA). The Sport and Performing Arts Centre features two indoor playing courts, a performance stage, fitness spaces, administrative offices, and PDHPE classrooms, complemented by a kitchen and servery. The construction incorporated screw pile foundations with suspended slabs to manage highly reactive ground, off-form concrete retaining walls, geometric pop-out windows and exposed aggregate footpaths.

Sustainability was a key focus, with over 1,000 native trees and plants, 97% of construction waste recycled, and integrated solar and battery systems. Stormwater and overland flow are managed through landscaped swales before discharge into Reddy Creek. Prime Constructions carefully coordinated site logistics to minimise disruption to students while delivering a highly functional, visually striking and environmentally sensitive campus.
