DHL Canon – Oakdale Central Industrial Estate

Prime Constructions delivered the DHL/Canon facility at Lot 1A within Goodman’s Oakdale Central Industrial Estate in Horsley Park, providing a purpose-built logistics and distribution hub in one of Western Sydney’s key industrial precincts. The project comprises approximately 20,000 sqm of high-clearance warehouse space supported by integrated office accommodation, including a main single-storey office and a two-storey dock office.

Designed to meet the demands of high-volume logistics operations, the facility incorporates extensive hardstand areas, specialised loading docks and efficient internal circulation to support heavy vehicle movements. The building structure utilises industrial-grade concrete panels and steel framing, delivering durability, flexibility and long-term performance.

Sustainability and operational efficiency were central to the design, with features such as natural light through translucent roof sheeting, shaded office façades and environmentally considered materials. The facility was delivered in compliance with BCA requirements, with a strong focus on fire safety, structural integrity and safe, efficient movement throughout the site.
