Switchyard, Auburn
The Mirvac Switchyard Project spans a 14-hectare industrial estate featuring 27 warehouse units across six buildings, totalling 73,000m² of warehouse and office space. It includes heavy-duty hardstands, on-ground and basement parking, major utility and road upgrades, smart metering, BMS, and six 100kW solar systems. Tenant-specific features include tailored offices, temperature-controlled warehouses and in-rack sprinklers, and achieving Greenstar 5 certification.
Delivered in stages to meet tenant occupancy timelines, reflecting our precise coordination and very efficient site management, the project has been awarded Winner for the Master Builders Association’s Industrial Buildings $100m & Over in 2024.
