ESR Westlink Lot 3 – Capital Group

Prime Constructions delivered ESR Westlink Lot 4 for Capital Group, a state-of-the-art logistics and distribution facility within ESR Australia’s 62-hectare Westlink Industry Park at Kemps Creek. The development comprises 18,295m² of warehouse space with capacity for more than 16,000 pallet positions, a 2,500m² bulk freight block stack area and over 2,400m² of premium office accommodation.

Designed to support both operational performance and workplace wellbeing, the facility incorporates 135 workstations, seven meeting rooms, two training rooms and an on-site gym. EV charging infrastructure for both passenger and heavy vehicles further reinforces the project’s future-focused sustainability objectives.

Working alongside Pace Architects, Prime Constructions delivered a facility that balances industrial functionality with human experience. Warm timber finishes, natural light, refined materials and carefully considered interior spaces soften the scale of the industrial environment, creating a workplace that feels welcoming, collaborative and people-focused.

The result is a benchmark industrial development that reflects the evolving expectations of modern logistics, combining efficiency, sustainability and design excellence in a single integrated facility.
