Interchange Park
Prime Constructions built and delivered the Interchange Building E at Interchange Park, Eastern Creek, a premium industrial estate strategically positioned within Sydney’s logistics hub. The development comprises over 30,000 sqm of warehouse space across three modern units, each integrated with office accommodation, concrete hardstand areas and an underground asphalt car park.
Designed for high-volume warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing operations, the facility features internal clearances up to 12.8 m, multiple recessed and on-grade loading docks, and expansive all-weather awnings. Unit 19B, spanning 11,465 sqm, recently underwent refurbishment to enhance office fit-outs and flexible warehouse layouts.
