OLG Furniture, Sydney Business Park
Prime delivered OLG’s new Operations and Head Office at Sydney Business Park, creating a bespoke facility that supports the company’s growing operations.
The development features a 9,000m² warehouse with provision for future expansion, more than 1,200m² of office space, and a 270m² showroom designed as an immersive “Experience Centre” with polished concrete floors, showroom glazing and exposed services. A 200m² dock office, planned for sub-letting and future integration, adds further flexibility.
Thoughtful detailing, including curved glazing and coordinated interior design, reflects Prime’s commitment to high-quality, cost-effective outcomes in this fifth collaboration
with Sydney Business Park.
