DHL Bringelly Business Hub
Prime Constructions successfully delivered DHL Supply Chain’s state-of-the-art pharmaceutical warehouse at Lot 4 within the Bringelly Road Business Hub, Leppington.
Spanning approximately 36,000 sqm, the temperature-controlled, pharmaceutical-grade facility includes an internal mezzanine, cold chain infrastructure and 19 recessed loading docks, supported by three contemporary two-storey office buildings. Designed to meet the highest operational and compliance standards, the facility supports over 200 staff and plays a critical role in DHL’s healthcare logistics network.
Targeting and achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating, the project incorporates extensive sustainable design and construction initiatives, reflecting Prime’s expertise in delivering complex, high-performance logistics facilities in Western Sydney.
