Oakdale West 2C & 2D, Kemps Creek
Prime delivered the Oakdale West 2C & 2D project at Kemps Creek, completing extensive civil works and major retaining structures to create three new warehouses with dedicated hardstand areas.
Each warehouse was built as an independent tenancy with its own bespoke administration office, while the design also allows two tenancies to be seamlessly combined with minimal modification.
Situated within the sought-after Oakdale West Industrial Estate in Western Sydney’s logistics hub, the development benefits from proximity to the Western Sydney Aerotropolis and exceptional population reach. The project
also integrates sustainable design principles throughout.
