CHEP Warehouse – Interchange Park, Eastern Creek
Prime Constructions delivered the CHEP industrial facility at Interchange Park, Eastern Creek – a 43,100 sqm purpose-built development within one of Sydney’s premier logistics hubs.
The project comprises a 7,500 sqm pallet repair warehouse, an 840 sqm single-level office and a 26,000 sqm hardstand storage yard, designed to support efficient operations and future expansion. The site’s sloping topography was resolved through tiered retaining walls with integrated landscaping, while the office façade features vertical timber blades and full-height glazing.
Incorporating Green Star initiatives such as solar power, rainwater reuse and energy-efficient lighting, the facility was delivered over a 12-month program, reflecting Prime’s commitment to quality, sustainability and precision delivery.
