Harvey Norman Crossroads Logistics Centre
Prime Constructions delivered the Harvey Norman Warehouse and Office Facility at Crossroads Logistics Centre, Casula, as the final development lot for Dexus Property Group. This purpose-built, 18,000sqm logistics facility was designed to support significant growth for Harvey Norman’s Commercial Division, incorporating advanced automation and robotics to maximise efficiency and capacity.
A key project challenge was the construction of highly precise concrete slabs to accommodate Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking, requiring strict flatness and levelness tolerances. The warehouse also connected to an existing operational building, sharing critical fire services infrastructure.
Through detailed sequencing, careful planning and coordinated commissioning, the team successfully delivered a seamless integration within a live logistics environment.
