Lots 71 & 72 Eastern Creek Drive
Prime Constructions successfully delivered Lots 71 & 72 Eastern Creek Drive, a state-of-the-art industrial facility that strengthens Western Sydney’s position as one of Australia’s leading logistics hub.
The 30,000m² development comprises an 18,190m² high-clearance warehouse, a contemporary two-level office, dedicated dock office, extensive hardstand areas and a combination of recessed and on-grade loading docks to maximise operational efficiency. Sustainability was embedded throughout the project, achieving a prestigious 5 Star Green Star rating through the integration of a 370kW rooftop solar system, EV charging infrastructure and industrial rainwater recycling facilities.
Prime’s collaborative approach, disciplined programme management and proactive construction methodology enabled practical completion an impressive six weeks ahead of the contractual programme, allowing the client to accelerate tenant access and realise an earlier return on investment.
