DHL Distribution Centre, Oakdale Industrial Estate
Prime Constructions delivered the DHL Distribution Centre at Lot 5A within Oakdale Industrial Estate, Horsley Park, a purpose-built, temperature-controlled facility for DHL’s Life Sciences & Healthcare division.
Spanning approximately 31,457 m², the GDP-certified warehouse includes specialised cool rooms and freezers, ancillary offices, and staff amenities. Designed for operational efficiency, the facility features full truck drive-around capability, multiple recessed and on-grade loading docks with weather protection, and an internal ring road, along with 164-car parking. Constructed with sustainability in mind, the building incorporates a 1.5 MW rooftop solar system.
Completed in under 12 months, the project exemplifies Prime’s expertise in high-performance, specialised industrial construction.
