Hunter Express
Prime Constructions completed the purpose-built Hunter Express distribution facility in Casula, in June 2019, delivering the project for AMP Capital in just seven months. Located within the Crossroads Logistics Centre, the development supports the transport company Hunter Express’ expanding Sydney operations and growing e-commerce demand.
The 10,000m² facility comprises a 9,955m² warehouse, 500m² office space and 4,800m² hardstand, designed for efficient freight handling and high-productivity logistics operations. Its strategic location, five minutes from the M5 and M7 motorways, significantly improves fleet efficiency and travel times.
Sustainability initiatives include solar panels, rainwater harvesting and energy-efficient LED lighting, supporting reduced operating costs and environmental performance. The facility also accommodates specialised sorting systems to enhance delivery capability, helping position Hunter Express for continued operational growth in the Sydney market.
