Prime Constructions delivered a key stage of development within the Bungarribee Industrial Estate, a premium logistics hub located on the corner of the Great Western Highway and Rudders Street, Huntingwood. Strategically positioned near the M4 and M7 motorways, the estate provides seamless connectivity to Sydney’s major transport corridors, supporting efficient distribution across metropolitan and regional networks.

As part of the second stage of development, the project forms part of a broader 187,923sqm industrial precinct developed by Goodman. The state-of-the-art facility comprises a high-performance warehouse supported by ancillary office accommodation, extensive hardstand areas, all-weather loading docks and on-site parking designed for heavy vehicle movements.
