Dan Murphy’s, Manly Vale

Delivered for Woolworths Group, Prime Constructions completed this mixed-use retail and commercial development at Manly Vale, comprising a basement carpark, groundfloor retail space and first-floor commercial tenancy. The project included all base building and fitout works, alongside the coordination of specialist security and operational systems for the Dan Murphy’s tenancy.

Construction presented significant challenges, including full-boundary basement excavation, varying groundwater conditions and a constrained location along a major thoroughfare.

Through careful planning and coordination, Prime successfully delivered a highly functional development tailored to operational performance, strong brand presence and customer convenience.
