Prime Constructions was engaged to design and construct two warehouses with two tenancies comprising a total area of 16,750m2 with specialised storage for Kumho Tyres.
The site caters for fire safety measures, compliance with regulations, implementing prevention strategies and proactive measures to minimise risks against the highly combustible nature of the storage and distribution of tyres.
