DHL Wallgrove Road, Horsley Park
This impressive project comprises a 29,500m² warehouse purpose-designed for high-volume storage and logistics operations. It integrates two dock offices and a 1,000m² single-storey office, providing a functional balance between administrative and operational needs.
A 40m super awning spans the loading areas, delivering exceptional weather protection and ensuring uninterrupted workflow in all conditions. The site’s complex civil works included two on-site detention systems with a combined capacity of 1,700m³ to manage stormwater effectively, along with 2,600m² of boundary retaining walls – rising up to nine metres – to support the site’s substantial structural and environmental demands.
