Interlink Industrial Estate
Prime Constructions delivered industrial facilities within the Interlink Industrial Estate at Lot 5, Erskine Park, part of Western Sydney’s rapidly growing employment hub. The project included high-clearance warehouse and logistics spaces designed for large-scale national distribution operations, featuring 12.6m internal clearance, recessed docks, on-grade roller shutters, and extensive awnings. Sustainability is integrated through a 100kW solar system, LED lighting, smart metering, and rainwater harvesting.
The site benefits from excellent connectivity to the M4 and M7 motorways, supporting efficient logistics operations. Early works, including bulk earthworks and site preparation, ensured contamination-free, development-ready lots. With surrounding infrastructure upgrades underway, including the Mamre Road expansion, Prime is creating a flexible, high-performance industrial precinct tailored to meet the operational needs of major logistics and light industrial tenants.
