Garmin Australasia headquarters
Prime Constructions delivered the Garmin Australasia headquarters at Eastern Creek – a specialised, high-quality industrial and corporate facility. The three-level building spans approximately 6,183 m², comprising 3,157 m² of warehouse space and 3,026 m² of offices and amenities, with secured on-site parking.
Constructed using concrete panel methods typical of the precinct, the facility features high-clearance warehousing, full drive-around access, multiple all-weather loading awnings, and prominent direct access to the M4 and M7 motorways, the headquarters provided flexible, operational-ready spaces designed to support both corporate and distribution functions in one landmark facility.
