DHL Canon Oakdale Central Facility
Prime Constructions delivered the DHL Canon logistics facility within Goodman’s Oakdale Central Industrial Estate, Horsley Park, NSW, creating a state-of-the-art hub for Canon Australia’s operations. The facility comprises approximately 20,000 m² of warehouse space and 500 m² of office areas, designed for high-density storage, operational efficiency, and 24/7 logistics workflows.
Constructed using steel and aluminum with Colorbond cladding, the site includes 18 recessed and 13 on-grade loading docks, internal access roads, hardstand areas, and 196 car parking spaces. Sustainability is integral, featuring solar panels, LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, EV charging stations, and waste reduction systems. Built to BCA 2012 standards with bespoke fire safety engineering, the facility combines operational performance, compliance, and eco-friendly solutions, exemplifying Prime’s expertise in delivering modern, sustainable, large-scale logistics facilities.
