Horsley Logistics Park
Prime’s Lot 206 Project at Horsley Logistics Park delivers a 33,000m² warehouse with advanced temperature control and smoke hazard management for ESR and Amazon – achieving Greenstar 6 Certification. It features the world’s first prefabricated Flex-Mod (MDF) construction, two three-storey offices, dock offices, guardhouses and 10,000m² of hardstands.
The build used 12,000m³ of concrete, 600t of steel, and 36,000 lm of piles to stabilise the former brickworks quarry site. With a steel portal frame, concrete slabs, and metal deck roof and cladding, Prime efficiently managed ESR’s design changes to achieve timely practical completion.
