Airds Road Logistics Hub, Minto
Prime Constructions delivered the Airds Road Logistics Hub, a large-scale industrial precinct in Minto developed for Charter Hall, providing future-ready warehouse and logistics facilities within South West Sydney’s key industrial zone.
The project comprises approximately 50,000sqm of high-clearance warehouse space across multiple buildings, designed to accommodate advanced automation and high-density racking. Facilities include expansive super awnings, generous hardstands, recessed and on-grade loading docks, and segregated truck and car access to optimise operational efficiency. Engineered for heavy-duty performance, the warehouses feature high ridge heights, robust internal slabs and ESFR fire systems.
Targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating, the development integrates sustainability initiatives including solar readiness, EV charging and efficient services, supported by major electrical infrastructure upgrades.
