Homebush Logistics Centre
Prime delivered the Homebush Logistics Centre, a multipurpose development comprising a five-storey self-storage facility, a four-tenancy warehouse and four industrial units, providing 16,000m² of lettable area.
The self-storage building features concrete construction with post-tensioned decks and a mixed façade of glazing, metal cladding and CFC panels. The warehouse includes a steel portal frame and precast structure with four two-storey offices, while the industrial units incorporate mezzanine offices and coordinated façade systems.
Located on Parramatta Road opposite Sydney Markets, the centre offers excellent exposure, last-mile connectivity and flexible, high- quality industrial accommodation.
