Prime Constructions delivered the logistics facility at 42 Cox Place, Glendenning – a high-quality speculative development for GPT Group within Sydney’s key industrial corridor.
Completed in January 2021, the approximately 17,100 sqm freestanding warehouse and office facility is fully leased to Total Tyres on a long-term agreement. The development features high-clearance warehousing, modern office accommodation, multiple on-grade and recessed loading docks, generous awnings and full drive-around access to support efficient logistics operations. Sustainability initiatives include solar panels, rainwater harvesting and LED lighting, complemented by ESFR fire protection throughout. Strategically located adjacent to the M7 Motorway, the facility reflects Prime’s expertise in delivering premium, future-ready logistics infrastructure.
