Calibre Industrial Estate – Building 1

Prime Constructions delivered Building 1 at the premium Calibre Industrial Estate in Eastern Creek, a 22-hectare logistics hub designed for high-performance warehousing, distribution, and office operations. Completed between 2017 and 2019, the 18,000 sqm warehouse features a 20-metre cantilevered awning over the external hardstand, high-clearance racking floors and a 1,000 sqm office with A-grade finishes, setting a new benchmark for industrial facilities in Sydney.

Part of a five-building estate totaling over 110,000 sqm, Calibre was designed by Mirvac Design and SBA Architects to combine operational efficiency with sustainability and workplace amenity. The development incorporates energy-efficient LED lighting, photovoltaic solar arrays, rainwater harvesting and full natural daylighting via translucent roof panels. Advanced civil infrastructure, including bio-retention basins and high-capacity internal slabs, supports automated operations and heavy-duty logistics.

Calibre’s design also prioritises placemaking and community, with landscaped courtyards, shared amenities, and flexible tenancies to foster collaboration among tenants such as CEVA Logistics, Miele, Pet Circle, and ACFS e-Solutions. Strategically positioned at the M4/M7 interchange, the estate offers fast access across Western Sydney and the eastern seaboard, operating 24/7 to support modern logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce.
