Bluestar Global Logistics
Prime Constructions delivered the BlueStar Logistics industrial facility at Erskine Park, a 13.49-hectare warehouse and distribution hub within the established Erskine Park Employment Area. The 58,856 m² gross floor area includes a central warehouse divisible into two units and an ancillary warehouse, both built with 14.6 m internal clearance.
Designed for 24/7 operations, the site features multiple loading docks, circulation for B-double trucks, LED lighting, translucent roof sheeting, rainwater harvesting, and landscaped detention basins. Strategically located with strong connectivity to the M4 and M7 motorways, the development provides flexible, high-performance logistics facilities tailored to operational efficiency and sustainability.
