Chullora Distribution Centre
At 41 Roberts Road in Chullora, Prime Constructions has partnered with Goodman Property to deliver the Chullora Industrial Hub – an ambitious redevelopment set to reshape Sydney’s central-west logistics landscape.
Replacing outdated infrastructure, the project introduces four architecturally designed warehouse and office buildings by Group GSA Architects, spanning over 26,000m². Designed for flexibility, the estate offers adaptable units from 1,500 to 7,000 square metres supporting a wide range of industrial uses from e-commerce to advanced manufacturing.
Prime’s construction brings precision and performance together, with 13.7-metre clearance warehouses, ESFR sprinklers and expansive shared hardstand areas engineered for efficiency. Sustainability sits at the core, with solar integration, EV infrastructure and a targeted 5-Star Green Star rating shaping a future-focused facility.
