Nick Scali, Caringbah
Prime Constructions delivered the purpose-built Nick Scali showroom in Caringbah, completed in 2016, creating a striking 2,600m² retail space within the bustling Homemaker Centre. The project features a modern design with two large central skylights that flood the showroom with natural light, enhancing the customer experience.
Located at the prominent corner of Captain Cook Drive and Koonya Circuit, the building incorporates Kingspan and pre-cast concrete cladding, along with a standout brick tile highlight wall. The design includes an undercroft car park and convenient customer entry from Koonya Circuit, providing both functionality and style. Prime’s work elevated the industrial and retail strip, reinforcing the Homemaker Centre as a key destination for bulky goods retail.
