DHL Oakdale South
Prime Constructions delivered a 31,457 m² temperature-controlled warehouse for DHL Life Sciences & Healthcare within the Oakdale Industrial Estate, Sydney’s West. The facility includes specialised cool rooms, freezers and a dangerous goods store, alongside offices and staff amenities, supporting end-to-end temperature-specific supply chain operations.
Constructed with full-height precast panels, high-tolerance floors for pharmaceutical racking and a four-hour fire rating, the project meets global Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards. The facility also incorporates sustainable features including solar PV, LED lighting, and rainwater harvesting, reflecting Prime’s expertise in high-performance, specialised industrial construction.
