Breville National Distribution Centre
rime Constructions delivered the Breville National Distribution Centre in Minto, a purpose-built 14,500 m² facility within Goodman’s Keylink Industrial Estate.
The development includes a 400 m² main office, 42 m² dock office, and a 4,114 m² future expansion area. Designed for high-density storage, the warehouse features a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) picking system for efficient small-parts handling. Safety is integral, with pedestrian rails, guard systems and steel floor angles protecting walkways from forklifts. Extensive hardstand areas, estate road extensions, car parking and landscaping support operational efficiency.
Replacing two older Botany warehouses, the project enhances logistics capacity and speed, providing Breville with a high-performance, future-ready national distribution facility that integrates safety, efficiency and scalability.
