Dan Murphy’s – Burwood Concept Store

Delivered for Woolworths Group, Prime Constructions completed this freestanding large-format mixed-use retail store. First of its kind for the Dan Murphy’s chain, the commercial development at Burwood, comprises of a carpark, ground-floor Dan Murphy’s retail space and first-floor commercial tenancy.

Prime delivered all base building and fit-out works, including the management and coordination of specialist operational and security systems.

Located on Parramatta Road, but still within a highly active urban setting, the project demanded careful planning and execution. The result is a high-performing retail asset that successfully balances operational functionality with a quality customer experience that sets the standard for Dan Murphy’s retail stores.
