M5/M7 Logistics Park, Prestons
Prime Constructions delivered Building 4 at Charter Hall’s M5/M7 Logistics Park in Prestons, a high-performance industrial facility designed for efficient, large-scale logistics operations.
Comprising approximately 25,000sqm of warehouse space across two flexible tenancies, the development includes single-storey offices, light-duty car parking and extensive loading infrastructure with both recessed docks and on-grade access.
A key innovation of the project is the integrated flood storage solution, incorporating a suspended fire trail and engineered drainage system to safely contain council-specified flood volumes. Engineered and built for heavy-duty use, the facility features high clearances, robust floor loading and modern sustainability initiatives, targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating while maintaining exceptional operational efficiency and safety.
