Col Crawford BMW, Brookvale
The Col Crawford BMW Showroom in Brookvale is a premium refurbishment and extension project delivered to meet BMW’s stringent Corporate Identity (CI) standards. Designed by CCG Architects, the project involved a complete re-fit of the original showroom constructed by Prime Constructions 16 years earlier, reinforcing a long-standing client relationship. Delivered in carefully managed stages, construction was undertaken within a live, operational dealership, ensuring uninterrupted sales and service.
The works modernised both levels of the showroom, introducing high-quality finishes, advanced lighting, modern ceilings and upgraded amenities. A distinctive Barestone feature wall, premium façade system and refined spatial layout enhance brand presence and customer experience. The completed showroom provides a contemporary, state-of-the-art environment befitting BMW’s global brand and its home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
