AHG Dealership, Liverpool
Prime Constructions was engaged as Principal Contractor to deliver major alterations and additions to Automotive Holdings Group’s (AHG) Liverpool dealership, transforming the former McGrath Mazda site on Hume Highway into a modern multi-brand facility. The redevelopment, part of AHG’s broader $80 million investment in the region, created a purpose-built three-level building across a sloping 15,650m² operational site.
The lower level accommodates workshops (1,900m²) with 23 service bays, service receptions, worker amenities, and car storage (3,470m²), while the upper level features 1,200m² of architecturally designed showrooms for Holden, Nissan, and Volkswagen. Sustainable design elements include LED lighting, a Building Management System (BMS), and 50,000L rainwater storage for wash and toilet facilities.
Completed in March 2019, the redevelopment enhanced operational efficiency, customer experience, and brand consolidation, showcasing Prime’s expertise in executing complex, multi-level projects on active sites while maintaining high safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
