DHL Australia EPark

Prime Constructions delivered a high-performance warehouse and office facility for DHL Australia at EPark, Erskine Park, working directly with DHL as both client and tenant. The project comprised a large-scale logistics facility incorporating warehouse and office accommodation, extensive truck hardstand and turning areas, sunken loading docks and on-site parking.

Constructed on a constrained 42,913 sqm site, the development required retaining walls along much of the perimeter and careful coordination around a riparian zone to the north, the Warragamba Dam pipeline to the south and an existing gas easement. The warehouse features durable dado walls to the perimeter and full-height precast concrete walls along the southern boundary, delivering robustness and long-term performance.

A strong focus was placed on sustainability, with ESD initiatives including rooftop solar panels, solar hot water systems, LED lighting, external PE cells with internal sensors and a rainwater re-use system. The project reflects Prime Constructions’ ongoing relationship with DHL and our capability to deliver complex, sustainable logistics facilities within tightly constrained industrial environments.
