Keylink North Lot 7
Prime Constructions delivered Building 2 at Keylink Industrial Estate (North), Lot 7, Minto – a modern, high-clearance warehouse totaling approximately 8,232 m², including 8,030 m² of warehouse space and 202 m² of office space. The facility features 9.4–11.5 m internal clearance, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting, a 586 m² all-weather awning and secure hardstand areas. Access is provided via two recessed docks and four on-grade roller shutters, with separate car and truck routes.
Strategically located adjacent to the Macarthur Intermodal Shipping Terminal (MIST), the development offers excellent connectivity to Sydney’s motorway network, combining operational efficiency, modern infrastructure and high-performance logistics capabilities within a premium industrial precinct.
