Prime Constructions delivered Project 3D at the Oakdale Central Industrial Estate in Horsley Park, NSW, a strategic logistics hub within Western Sydney’s Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek precincts. The 8,000 sqm facility, developed by Goodman, provides modern warehousing, distribution and office spaces for tenant DSV Air & Sea. The project followed the successful completion of Project 3C for Yusen Logistics and Greencross, forming part of the estate’s larger industrial expansion.

The building was designed with operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability in mind. The warehouse features an articulated form with varied cladding tones to reduce visual scale, while translucent roof panels deliver natural daylight throughout workspaces. Louvres on northern and western office facades provide shading and comfort for staff. The site layout ensures a clear separation of heavy vehicle access and staff car parking, supporting safe and efficient operations.
