Prime Constructions delivered a major industrial and corporate facility at 1B Huntingwood Drive, Huntingwood, NSW, as part of a redevelopment for The GPT Group. Originally acquired in 2016, the existing Warehouse 1A was upgraded for flexible office and warehouse use and is leased to IVE Group. The adjoining land was developed into a standalone facility, Warehouse 1B, which reached practical completion in 2018 and leased to Cahill Transport.

The 11,306 sqm facility combines 10,760 sqm of high-clearance warehouse space with 546 sqm of single-level office.
