Keylink Industrial Estate South
Prime Constructions delivered Building 3B at Keylink Industrial Estate (South), a premium multi-tenanted development within the established industrial precinct of Minto. The 6,220 sqm facility was designed to balance high performance with practicality, responding to challenging site conditions and complex tenant requirements while maintaining Goodman’s exacting design standards.
The building provides high-quality warehouse and office accommodation with internal clearances of up to 13 metres, full drive-around access, and a flexible loading configuration including four on-grade roller doors and two recessed docks. A large awning supports all-weather loading, while exclusive hardstand areas and separate car and truck access streamline on-site movements and enhance safety.
Architecturally, the development features a refined palette of finishes and considered use of precast concrete, creating a seamless transition between office and warehouse spaces. Sustainability initiatives include LED lighting throughout, ESFR fire sprinklers and a 100kW rooftop solar system to support efficient operations.
