QUBE Display Suite – Moorebank Logistics Park
Prime Constructions played a key role within the QUBE Moorebank Logistics Park (MLP), a landmark automated intermodal hub linking Port Botany via rail.
Within this 1.2 million sqm precinct, Prime focused on tenant-specific construction, delivering a high-quality Display Suite integrated seamlessly into the complex operational environment. Work included precise internal fit-outs, finishes, and coordination with precinct-wide services such as power, data, and security systems.
The project sits alongside major civil works by BMD and extensive rail infrastructure, showcasing Prime’s ability to deliver detailed, specialist construction within large-scale, multi-contractor logistics developments, supporting MLP’s world-leading automated operations.
